Blesed Pkerz banning+muting peeps for no reason

he muted + banned me cuz i dissed him and he hitted 99 on every1 on this server.
mostly he banned every1 and nosz got banned and muted to
plz make demote + ban + ipban or w/e but plz demote him
hes making the server worser
if hes not getting demote or ban, i quit and alot of peeps will i think
so think good about that dick

dont nosz and jagex is same guy and there lieing i was wating hole thing doing pnpc 10000 he absue his powers beaucse they wer cheating in red he said 1v1 and then they piled and oly had 3 items so they kept all items and blesed wel it aint fair on him if he gets demote ima kill nosz! (spam his server)

Ip's check theyre both the same one of the accounts will be removed(the newst one created. aka nosz)
multi accounts are against forum rules. your lucky i dont delete both forum accounts.

Their ips could be the same but from different computers. So you have no proof that their the same, it may be 2 different people.

The host was the same too, plus if it was same ip it would be an ip conflict and completly screw up theire internet unless they restart the router and yes it is possible to spoof an ip but it was also the host ;P
